With more than 40 years of experience in the fields of photography, design and

printing, Mike Verbois’ career as a photographer and educator is as broad as it

is deep. A faculty member for nearly two decades, Mike served as Vice President

of Education at Brooks Institute of Photography, and has taught some of the

brightest visual artists in photography today. He served as consultant, advisor and

member of the Kodak Educational Advisory Council, and the Polaroid Corporation

Board of Advisors for Post Secondary Education. Travel photography has brought

Mike, with his wife, Ruth, to all corners of the globe, and together they have

experienced all seven continents. As co-founder of Media 27, Inc., a Santa Barbara

based full-service communications agency specializing in marketing and advertising,

Mike remains engaged in large client projects and assignments, including video
